I had a wonderful stay at Al Manar Grand Hotel Apartments in Dubai. The room service was excellent, and the maintenance staff was very helpful throughout my visit. However, the front office staff left much to be desired in terms of customer service. Overall, while the apartments are spacious and well-equipped, the lack of warmth from some staff members was a bit disappointing.
